Apples will be having their moment on hotel menus on Saturday 17 October. At The Botanical Rooms, Red Windsor, Bramley and Russet are paired with scallop tartare, middle white pork and toasted sourdough ice cream - enjoy 3 courses for £75 per person.

Enjoy elegant, modern British dishes in luxurious surroundings. Evolving seasonal menus showcase estate reared British White beef, lamb and venison alongside the freshest market garden vegetables, seafood landed on the south coast and fleeting ingredients foraged from the hedgerows and woodland.
Non-members and non-hotel residents are welcome for lunch and dinner with an advance booking. Please follow signs to the Hotel upon your arrival at the main entrance.
